Internal medicine care in Tabriz, prepared from wherever you are.
If you live outside Iran, you can send your medical records ahead of time, so the first visit starts from your full history rather than from zero.
Before you travel
Please send what you have. Clear photos or scans are fine to start with.
- Recent blood and urine test results, with the laboratory's reference ranges (HbA1c, blood sugar, thyroid, liver, kidney and blood fats if you have them)
- Reports of imaging and other tests: ultrasound, CT, MRI, endoscopy, ECG
- A list of the medicines you take now: name, dose and times, including supplements
- A short summary of your condition: diagnoses, dates, hospital stays and earlier treatment
- Your home blood sugar or blood pressure notebook, if you keep one
Send these through our international support line on WhatsApp or by phone: +989302272111

Practical questions
Can I have an online consultation first?
Dr. Afrouzeh has not confirmed remote consultations yet, so we cannot promise one. Please send your records and the support team will tell you what is possible.
My test results are from another country. Are they useful?
Yes. Send them as they are, with the units and reference ranges printed on the report. The doctor may still ask for new tests, because each laboratory has its own ranges.
What if I feel very unwell before or during my trip?
Chest pain, sudden shortness of breath, signs of a stroke or very low blood sugar are emergencies. Call the local emergency number straight away (115 in Iran); do not wait for an appointment.
Should I keep taking my medicines?
Yes. Do not stop or change any medicine because of the trip. Bring your medicines and the list, and discuss any change with the doctor.
Every patient's treatment plan is different; ask the doctor about your own situation.
Ready to start?
